ROASTED SEASONED BABY POTATOES
These roasted baby potatoes are seasoned to perfection; slightly spicy but not overwhelming.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound bag of baby potatoes, washed (any color)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch of Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
Tools:
- Cutting board
- Measuring spoons
- Knife
- Baking sheet/pan
- Parchment paper or silicone liner
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Wash potatoes and cut them into desired shape approximately ½ in in size and transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
- Add spices and olive oil over top and toss to evenly distribute.
- Place pan in preheated oven and roast for 40 minutes. You can flip potatoes mid-way through cooking if it looks like they need it.
Notes:
- Cooking times may vary depending on oven. Keep an eye on your potatoes
- To check if done, a fork should easily slide in potato
