Muesli Yogurt Bowl

This creamy crunchy yogurt bowl makes a perfect breakfast or quick snack.

“Blueberry-Lemon

Ingredients:
  • 5 oz container of plain or vanilla yogurt (I like Greek style or Islandic Skyr)
  • 1/4 cup muesli, no added sugar
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!

Notes:
  • Yogurt can be substituted for a dairy free version.
  • If you cannot find muesli, raw oats or a low sugar granola is a good substitute.
