MIXED BERRY KALE SMOOTHIE
A fruity, creamy smoothie that provides a boost of vitamins and minerals to fuel you.

Prep time:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mix of frozen cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and kale
- 1 cup milk (or favorite non-dairy milk alternative)
- 1/3 cup vanilla or coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Tools:
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Blender, or magic bullet
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to cup and enjoy!
Notes:
- Milk and yogurt can be substituted for non-dairy milk and yogurt. Recipe tastes best with coconut or oat milk.
- My favorite frozen fruit mix is Wyman’s Berries Frozen Cherry Berry Kale Mix.
- My favorite yogurt to use is Siggi’s Islandic Skyr.
- If doubling recipe, use one 5-6 ounce container of yogurt.
