Mixed Berry Kale Smoothie

A fruity, creamy smoothie that provides a boost of vitamins and minerals to fuel you.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mix of frozen cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and kale
  • 1 cup milk (or favorite non-dairy milk alternative)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla or coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Tools:
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender, or magic bullet

Instructions:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to cup and enjoy!
